Well team, we are a unique group of players. A team, I like to think is unversal in our methods as far as considering everyone family and each haveing equal say in the team. Everyone brings their own skills as well. So with that said I have a few things to mention. As a ex army Ranger I have visioned a team that acted as such in civilian play. I realized that its not that we can't do it, its that we need to combine everyones talent. I can't point a finger at anyone but myself. As a commander i can say i truely have slacked in my efforts not only as a team player but as a commander and as a person who should be molding everyones talent to best suit the team. I can't set here a say that we are the best team, nor can I say we are the worst. We are misguided and untrained. So now we have a field which can allow regular training and so forth. So this is what I offer, I will outline some basic training military wise as well as some more advance Ranger training that I think we can incoparate into our play. Im basicaly going to outline a training manual and I would like EVERYONE to bring your talents forward and lets begin the mold. We as a team are in need of more unity, more care for our presence on and off the field. Everyone wants us to be a force, everyone wants us to be able to be sponsored, everyone wants to come onto a field any place and have others go look its Hells Rangers coming I hope we are on their side.

With that said, we are in time of need in our outlook as a team. So with that in mind, Klink, Mike, your new roles are training officers as well as your present ranks. Traci, aside from being the LT. you are the commander of the woman squad as well as the safety inspector of equipment before each game. We need recruits, and we need a unity. Lets first worry about the training and recruiting before we worry about the sponsors. Lets look good and have the numbers to provide a reason for the sponsors to take us on. I would like a list of ideas far as what the team (you guys) would like to see done.

Also, I will be reserving the advance ranger training for our Elite Unit in which Ill personally take command of as far as training and commanding. I have not decided a name as of yet or a "look" for the squad, So any ideas will be worth noting. This unit will be reserved for the more dedicated members and anyone wanting that "special forces" feel. This unit will act in both support and mission orientated stance. Noone is excluded from this team, however, a commitment is required and a guide to follow or your removed. Ill explain more on this later. With that said, Hells Rangers will be just like the Army as myself, mike, and klink know it to be. Hells Rangers "regular" unit with be the mass or main force of infantry. The Elite unit will be a spcialized group. Rank structure will be followed and chain of command rendered. Again, everyone has a say on anything, feel free to voice it. Below is a outline of what I would like.

1. Training(tell me what you know or would like to see happen)
2. Recruits (ideas on how to get more)
3. Sponsors (who do we really want to go after)
4. Elite Unit (name ideas, any member recommendation or interest?)
